2015 was definitely the year of desperate measures. I tried to do it all in terms of finding out what's wrong with me and how to fix it and of course everyone had an opinion and an expensive plan forward with no guarantees. Tried all sorts of concoctions supplements meds modalities. Who can even remember it all. Oh and even a shopping list length of blood tests revealing nothing, of course. It makes me feel more sick to my stomach to think of the tens of thousands of rands that was spent.
Around the time of my "stuff you" meltdown I decided to stop all meds supplements, stop failing at veganism, stop all the ideals of being carb sugar free - just STOP!
Well except for contraception coz who needs to now have an unexpected surprise when you feel like dying already. Which the GP changed as my Estrogen levels were too low for her liking - this being the only anomaly in blood tests. Hell fire was it tough to bear the transition. I mean hell hath no fury than a woman going through medical hormonal changes.
It was at this even more desperate point that I headed some advice from friends and have landed with this bundle of creative 'get me through today' lucky packet....
Yes that is preggy supplements. I heard of a matric student whose doc recommended it for her.
Essential oils are my go to for anything.
Burnout is a recommendation from a pshyc student friend.
Colloidal silver is an interesting story. A friend suggested reading up on Lyme disease which I freekingly can identify with many of those symptoms, and someone cured it with this. Then found that Colloidal silver has many other benefits.
Garcinia Cambodia. Yes yes yes I have fallen for this. Whether the hype is true or not I have found it helps curb my raging binge episodes.
Biral to help ease my anxiety and sleep issues.
The mystery dark dropper bottle is something MaryJane and I will talk about at a later stage wink wink
Vit D3 coz I'm pale as pale can be and need it.
Oh and not included but a pain in the ass....the weekly Nurobian injections
